- ICT Technician Level 4 is a technical course designed to equip trainees with practical knowledge and skills in information and communication technology. The course covers the use of ICT devices, installation of computer software, computer repair and maintenance, Microsoft Office applications, and internet use. It also develops essential workplace skills such as communication, numeracy, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, employability, environmental awareness, and occupational safety and health. The course prepares trainees for entry-level ICT support and technician roles and provides a foundation for further training in ICT-related fields.
